At Journey of the Soul, a California-based therapy practice, we offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, healing from past experiences, or seeking clarity during a life transition, you don’t have to do it alone.

We provide a calm, compassionate environment, both in person and virtually, where you can explore what’s coming up for you at your own pace. Our work is collaborative and thoughtful, grounded in evidence-based care while always honoring your lived experience.

Who We Support

  • Feeling constantly on edge, overthinking, or stuck in “what if” mode can be exhausting. Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, or physical tension in the body. Together, we’ll work on understanding your anxiety and building tools to help you feel more grounded and at ease.

  • Depression doesn’t always look like sadness—it can feel like numbness, low energy, lack of motivation, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. If things that once mattered feel heavy or distant, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a space to gently reconnect and move toward feeling more like yourself again.
